Return & Refund Policy

At I Love Gym, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the right fit, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Items must be returned with their original tags and packaging, where applicable.
Items must not show signs of washing, damage, stains, odors, or wear.
You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Items that have been worn, washed, or used.
Items damaged after delivery due to customer use.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Final-sale or clearance items, where clearly marked as final sale.

3. How to Request a Return

Order number
Product(s) you want to return
Reason for the return
Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

4. Return Shipping

For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated by I Love Gym.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us before returning it. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide appropriate instructions for resolving the issue.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us at iluvgym146@gmail.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable option.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

8. Late Return Requests

Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or otherwise approved by I Love Gym.
